These terms are used for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Fetish SatisFashion intends to rely upon these Terms. You must be over 18 to buy anything from us. Prior to then we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered if it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Data Protection

The price shall be the price quoted on the website (which is inclusive of VAT) except for when we make an error or if the price has changed since publication. VAT
All of the prices shown on this site include Spanish VAT @ 16% (we are legally obliged to include VAT). The figures shown in your shopping cart separates the VAT for your information. Our VAT number is 76932011R. Payment
Major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Visa Electron... Card must be registered at billing address. All payments are made in Euros.
Cheques or Postal Orders accepted if are payable in any Bank or Postal Office within Spain.
Any personal details (such as names, addresses and credit card details) are held solely by Fetish SatisFashion and third party card facilitator (CECA) from transactions. This Information is never sold or passed on to any other companies.
Availability of goods you order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value from another manufacturer or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid to us. Cancellation and Return
Should you wish to cancel your order then please send written notice to us not earlier than the time when the contract was concluded and not later than 7 (seven) working days following the day that the goods were received sneding an email to enquiries@fetishsatisfashion.com Once you have notified us of your cancellation then any sums paid by you will be reimbursed within 30 days when the goods have been returned at your cost. Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked before being returned and are still in a new condition, not creased or worn. the goods will only be exchanged if they show signs of a fault in manufacture.
Delivery
We will try to deliver the goods within 35 days. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you. We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.
We are not responsible for indirect losses.
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.
Our liability to you in the event of death or personal injury from our negligence is unlimited.
General
The benefit of any contract entered into with us is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms.
